Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unstitched and ready-to-wear non-custom items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Custom, made-to-measure, and bridal couture orders are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 98792 95776 with your order ID and reason within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share a return address.
- Once received and quality-checked, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours. We will replace it at no extra cost.
